Refunds

Changed your mind? Within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, ask for a refund and you get all of it back. You don't need to give a reason.

Cancel any time. Your paid features keep working until the end of the month or year you paid for, and you aren't charged again. Nothing is lost when a plan ends: Cortex moves to the Free plan, and your work stays on your computer.

Renewals after the first payment aren't refunded. If you don't want the next period, cancel before the renewal date on your receipt.

Charged twice, charged by mistake, or charged while a problem on our side kept Cortex from working for you? Write to us and we put it right.

To ask, write to invyedits1@gmail.com from the email of your account. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.

Where the law where you live gives you more rights, like a longer time to cancel, you get those too.
